Charging Network Analyst

Role Overview:

Our client, a leading EV infrastructure and mobility services provider, is seeking a Charging Network Analyst to monitor, analyse, and optimise the performance of electric vehicle charging networks. This role is essential in ensuring high availability, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency across public and private EV charging assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real-time and historical data from EV charging stations to identify performance trends and anomalies
• Monitor uptime, utilization, energy throughput, and fault rates across the charging network
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support operations, maintenance, and customer experience teams
• Collaborate with engineering, software, and field service teams to resolve technical issues and improve reliability
• Support network planning and expansion by analyzing usage patterns and geographic demand
• Contribute to reporting for regulatory compliance, ESG metrics, and internal performance reviews
• Recommend improvements to network design, pricing models, and user engagement strategies

Essential Experience:

• Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, network operations, or EV infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• Familiarity with EV charging technologies, OCPP protocols, and IoT data streams
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly

Desirable:

• Experience with GIS tools for spatial analysis of charging infrastructure
• Knowledge of smart charging, demand response, or V2G integration
• Understanding of customer behavior analytics and digital mobility platforms
